Our Expertise & Process

We master every step required to prepare vanilla, from curing green vanilla beans to final export packaging. This expertise allows us to preserve aroma, consistency, and quality in every product.
Vanilla requires precise methods and the right facilities, as each stage demands rigor, time, and quality control. This high standard enables us to offer vanilla ready for a wide range of uses—whole beans, cuts, or powder.

Quality Control

Vanilla is a demanding natural product. That’s why we combine internal quality checks with laboratory analyses to confirm batch quality and safety.
At every stage, traceability is monitored and documented: initial control in Madagascar (sorting, preparation, packaging), then additional checks depending on the destination and requirements. We pay special attention to microbiological and chemical risks, as well as foreign matter, to ensure a fully controlled product.

At the Heart of Our Vanilla

Our vanilla comes exclusively from Madagascar, at the heart of the country’s producing regions. Each batch is handled with care and rigor, following traditional methods that enhance the aroma and quality of this demanding spice. Preparation begins with careful selection, followed by hand-sorting each bean to ensure a consistent, well-finished product. Drying is controlled step by step—first in the sun, then in the shade—to stabilize the vanilla and develop its aromatic profile. We also place great importance on storage and maturation, especially in wooden boxes, under the right conditions to preserve softness, fragrance, and the integrity of the beans. This process allows us to offer ready-to-use vanilla in Grade A, Grade B, Cuts (Grade C), and 100% vanilla powder with no additives, tailored to your needs.
